EKOM Product Range
3.1 Product Types
EKOM offers a diverse range of products, each designed to cater to different preferences and needs:
- Agarbatti with Bamboo Stick (8 inches): Available in 14 different fragrances, these incense sticks burn for approximately 40 minutes and produce low fumes.
- Agarbatti without Bamboo Stick (3.5 inches): These shorter sticks come in 8 fragrances and also burn for around 40 minutes with minimal fume production.
- Conical Dhoop: These conical incense products burn for 20 minutes, providing an intense yet low-fuming fragrance.
- Powder Hawan (Havan Sugandhi): This product is a mixture of 30-40 herbs and cow ghee, designed for home use to simulate the experience of a hawan. It comes with a paper cone for easy usage.
3.2 Packaging
EKOM takes a sustainable approach to packaging. Each pack of agarbattis contains 42 sticks, and cartons hold 12 boxes, totaling 504 agarbattis per carton. The packaging is designed with limited color options to reduce the release of carcinogenic chemicals into water bodies, further emphasizing the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
3.3 Shipping and Logistics
EKOM has partnered with Delhivery for shipping. Products are dispatched from the company’s center in Chandigarh. Orders above INR 10,000 are eligible for free shipping, while shipping costs for smaller orders depend on volumetric weight. Once the shipment is dispatched, tracking details are provided to customers to ensure transparency and reliability in delivery.
