A Jacquard shawl is a type of woven fabric that features intricate and detailed patterns. These patterns are created using a special loom called a Jacquard loom, which allows for complex designs to be woven directly into the fabric rather than being printed or embroidered on the surface. The patterns can range from floral designs to geometric shapes, and the weaving technique gives the shawl a textured, luxurious feel. Jacquard shawls are often made from high-quality materials like silk, wool, or a blend of fibers, making them both stylish and durable.
Weaving Technique: Jacquard shawls are woven using a mechanized loom, while Jamawar shawls are typically handwoven.
Patterns: Jacquard shawls can have a wide variety of patterns, while Jamawar shawls typically feature traditional Persian or Mughal designs.
Cultural Origin: Jacquard shawls originate from a French weaving technique, whereas Jamawar shawls have a deep cultural history in the Indian subcontinent, especially Kashmir.
Material: Both shawls can be made from high-quality materials, but Jamawar shawls are traditionally made from pashmina or a blend of wool and silk.
When a customer requests stock on credit, our standard policy requires a minimum of 50% upfront payment. The remaining balance can be settled gradually, but this arrangement is contingent upon the customer's reputation and creditworthiness.
To evaluate this, we will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes verifying documents such as the Aadhar card, GST certificate, and other relevant financial records. This helps ensure that the customer is financially stable and capable of clearing the dues within a 2-month period.
This process not only protects our business interests but also fosters a responsible and trustworthy relationship with the customer.
